Returns
We select the leathers used for our accessories for their individual beauty, performance and feel. Each skin is unique, so any quirks are viewed as characteristic of leather's natural appeal.
What items are returnable?
You can make a return if your product is damaged, there is a fault or simply if you have changed your mind. However please bear in mind the following terms;
You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required

- A copy of proof of purchase from SER belts.
Personalised items are not returnable.
Please send your return back with a completed returns form/invoice.
If you don't have this; please pop in a note with your Name, Order No., Return Address, Phone number, Email and details of the return (Size bigger/smaller, different colour, different style or refund).

Please note:
As a small business we are unable to refund your return shipping.
You are responsible for repackaging the item properly. Any items that arrive back damaged due to inappropriate packaging will not be refunded.
When returning any items, we advise you obtain proof of postage of your return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.
Processing your Refund
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
